Volume III : HR Policy

The policy is developed based on the University’s needs and also refers to the current policy of the foundation. Some policies that are developed solely by the University’s needs are Classification of Employees, Promotion policy for Faculty, Faculty’s Workload, Recruitment and hiring process for Faculty position, Retirement for faculty, Teaching Evaluation, Extra compensation for Faculty, Flexible work arrangement and Faculty Dispute Resolution Procedure.
